Metric Objectives / Scorecard
Every Kaizen should have have measurable objectives. Select them here, add your Baseline or starting point, your Kaizen goal and your Kaizen Actual.
Can the improvement be monetized? Add monetization as well.

Setting up Sustainment Checks
If your measurable objectives are being tracked in a KPI or TTI, you may not need sustainment checks.
If not, set sustainment checks at intervals of your choice, assign to owners and track progress on the Charter tab.
