From the Email Option: Choose Daily, Weekly or Monthly

Click Save
About Pause: If you are currently receiving the email, but would prefer to stop the emails for a time, click Pause.
Managing the Saved Report Emails
From the MyProfile>Saved Reports Tab

Change the frequency of emails or pause

Remove Email Alert (this will NOT removed the Saved Report itself)

Click the Date Last Sent to view the contents of the email.
