Problem

A matrix can not be published if there are alignment errors.

Solution

If an error appears at the top of the screen after clicking publish;

• The message will indicate South/West, North/East etc to indicate where there is a missing black dot for alignment.

• In addition, all North items must have a corresponding black dot in the resources area.

Establish the missing black dots and click publish.
