Using the send feature from the Kaizen team tab

You can choose to send the email at any time, to the users you choose.

You can also resend the email at any time to additional or the same users.

Standard Announcement Email Format

The email invitation is a standard format that can be cusotomized for your organization.

Email link disabled?

If your event start date is in the past, the email function is disabled to avoid causing confusion if an invite is accidentally sent.
