TTI/KPI Owners and Assists will receive an email alert if TTI/KPI data has not been updated for the prior month.

Example:

Joe has an OTD Target that needs to be udated by May 11th with April data.

If on May 10th, the data is not entered, Joe will receive an alert reminding him to update the data.

Note for Administrators

The default for the system to send the email is the 10 day of the month, for all TTI/KPI's in the prior month.

To change the # of days when the email is sent...

Admin>TTI/KPI Settings

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and set the number of days.
