Every organization may require a variety of information as part of the event charter.

The Optimizer provides the ability to pre-set the information in the Kaizen Event Description Template to capture those requirements.

Note:  This is an Administrator Function ONLY.   Contact your local administrator or support@kaizenoptimizer.com for help.

To set the requirements for all newly created Kaizen Events:

• From Admin>Events>Default Event Template

• Enter and format required items

• When creating a Kaizen Event, the description field will pre-set with the required items
