Action Plan Dashboard Tab

When conducting a formal review of the Action Plan, the Dashboard tab is designed to help facilitate the review.

Dashboard Components

Action Step List  

• The list can be collapsed to review only the folder structure, or left expanded to review tasks in detail.

Related Tasks From Other Action Plans

• In some cases, there may be items being completed as part of other action plans that are relevant to the current action plan.

• Any task can be associated with another action plan on the task edit screen.

Targets to Improve

• These are the related metrics to this action plan to measure success.

• KPI/TTIs are aligned to the action plan on the Alignment Tab

Related Kaizen Activity

• Many action plans will include a number of Kaizen events.  Those events can be created in the Optimizer and aligned to the correct action plan(s).

Description/Objectives

• Open text fields.  Note, these can be modified with different labels.  contact support@kaizenoptimizer.com

Comments

• The most recent comments will display here.  Comments are input on the Comments tab.

Improvement Priorities

• This area will display how the action plan is aligned to Value Streams (manual input on Alignment tab)

• Or.. to X-Matrix.  Automatic via the X-matrix set up.

Team

• Team members can be added via the team tab.

• Anyone who is assigned a task will be automatically assigned to the team list.

Links to Other Websites

• From the Links tab, you can establish links out to other sites that may have relevant information related to the action plan.
