Action Plan Summary

The summary screen brings all of the components of the action plan together in one view.

Print Icon	Use this icon to print the entire Action Plan Summary screen
Description	The description is an open text area, input on the Set Up Tab that can be formatted, and is typically an overview of what the purpose and objectives of the Action Plan are. The description has a ^ function to show/hide the information
Alignment Indicators	If the Action Plan is a North Priority on an XMatrix - an automatic indicator will appear allowing the user to link to the XMatrix where the Action Plan is. If the Action Plan is aligned to a Dashboard, an automatic indicator will appear with a link to that dashboard. More about creating alignments to Dashboards...
Gantt	Use the gear icon to: Print the Gantt view only Export the Gantt view to excel Compress the view Hide completed tasks Use the toggles to advance the action plan if the plan expands multiple years Task color Indicators: GREEN CHECK/COMPLETE - the task has been marked 100% complete GREEN/IN PROGRESS - the due date is in the future and not complete RED/LATE - the due date is in the past and not complete YELLOW/NEAR DUE - the due date is within 7 days and is not marked complete ... more about the Gantt view icons/indicators
Related Tasks	When editing a task, the user has the option to connect the task to other action plans as necessary. Example: A task in the "Develop Quality Opex" Action Plan, in the folder "Standardize Returns" has been connected to this action plan. When the task is updated, the updates will appear here as well.
Aligned Targets	There are two ways that Targets can be aligned to the Action Plan 1. Via the XMatrix - if the Action Plan is a North Priority. This is an automatic alignment and can only be changed via the XMatrix 2.
