There are times when we may want to include the forecast of a particular TTI/KPI in addition to our Plan and Actual values.
The Forecast Line...
Can be added to any TTI/KPI at any time, and updated at any time
Will calculate YTD consistently with TTI/KPI Plan/Actual YTD
Owners/Assists or those with "Responsible for Data Input" can turn Forecast on for their TTI/KPIs
Administrators can turn "on" forecast from batch changes function
