A

System ID

This is the system ID that is set up to connect data from Optimizer to/from other systems.  The System ID is input on the TTI/KPI set up tab.

This field is ONLY required if you are uploading data TO the Optimizer

B

System Upload Descriptor

A descriptor that comes from a connected system regarding the specific KPI.  This field is meant for troubleshooting purposes only in the event the uploaded file has errors

C and D

Month and Year

Numeric to represent the Month and Year the data value in column F should be attributed to

Data Codes

These values indicate what type of data the value in colum F is

These values can be mapped to your systems for data export, or can be adjusted for data import

1 = Plan Value

2 = Actual

3 = Jumping Off Point (JOP)

4 = Target

5 = YTD Plan

6 = YTD Acutal

7 = Forecast

8 = YTD Forecast

Value

This is the value you are uploading to your TTI/KPI

Note:

1. Values can not be formulas, they must be plain text

2. Values should only have the number of decimal points you wish to show in your TTI/KPI. Optimizer will upload however many decimal points are in the cell

3. Values MUST BE NUMBERS.  KPIs are measured numerically

KaizenOptimizer ID

This is the unique Optimizer ID assigned to the KPI

This can be the pivot point to combine data from this report and the static data report
