Managing Kaizen Types

 

When a user enters or searches for a Kaizen event, they have the option to choose the TYPE of event, as well as view a library of event type descriptions.  This dropdown is fully customizable by the Optimizer Administrator

Users can choose from the drop down of Kaizen types when adding, editing or searching for Kaizens.

If you have administrative rights, the Kaizen types and descriptions can be edited.

 

Admin>Kaizens>Manage Kaizen Type Drop Down

 

  • Click on the type to edit
  • Use the X to remove a type
  • Click Add New to add a new item to the drop down

Note: Default tasks and metrics can be automated for each Kaizen type.
