Action Plan Comments

Comments can be recorded at the Action Plan level and will available in the XMatrix and other review formats.

Best practice: Action Plan owners should prepare a brief comment each month prior to the review to provide a summary of the months activities.

2	Click "Add Comments"
3	Comments can be modified or deleted at any time
4	Best Practice: To ensure action plan owners are prepped for the monthly Hoshin review, have them summarize the progress of the action plan or any issues in the comments each month. Comments are visible in the Hoshin review screens without having to open the action plan. Keep your review focused and moving forward! When comments are in place, the comment icon will be filled in - rollover to view comments
